Business Messaging
With Business Messaging you can:
- Write new texts directly from your PC and send to mobiles, email and pagers
- Create and manage group broadcast lists to combinations of mobile, pager and email
- Manage your address book, including importing new numbers from Excel
- Create a pre-defined message facility for common messages or templates
- Receive immediate confirmation the message has been delivered
- Send a message log for future reference and audit – including export facility
Need to reach multiple people in an instant?
Each account has a Group Number which allows you to associate mobile numbers and email addresses with this number. Send the Group Number a message and all the addresses connected to this number will also get it.
This is perfect in a situation that requires you to contact a number of people straight away – this may be in an emergency situation or to communicate the latest sales results.
Not near a PC?
- Text your message from your mobile to your dedicated Group Number and this will be forwarded to all the users attached to this Group Number or;
- Call one of our trained advisers and tell them your message and they will send it to one of your Group Numbers
Additional services
- Additional Group Numbers – you can have as many group numbers in your account as you like, allowing you to create different distribution lists
- Dedicated Name – if you wish to send a message that lets the recipient know who it is from then you can add a name to your message. This is useful if you are sending a marketing message or confirming an appointment
- Dedicated Number – this will mean that every time you send a message from an account it comes from a specific number.
- E-Response – this allows recipients to respond directly to your messages
